In the music studio last week

It is here - the official Echo Blue Music Blog. Here I will keep everyone updated about the goings on here at Echo Blue headquarters. With the blog, I have added two new categories of sounds for you to download and use in your games, films and other projects.

Now we have Albums, Music Collections, Sound Scape Collections and Sound Effects Collections (Effects coming in August of 2019). Clicking on the links in the menu at the top of the page, or on the images below will bring you to the About/Info page where I go into a bit of detail about what each page is all about.

Now you have four categories from which to choose when looking for songs and sounds for your game, film, podcast or media project.

One thing that's missing in the new update is a search field. That will be coming in the next major update of the site. For now, feel free to simply browse the albums and various collections. You should be able to find what you're looking for. If you can't, DON'T hesitate to contact me.

Keep in mind that Albums are released as finished products. No more songs will be added to an already released album. However, in the case of Collections, songs and sounds are added over time, so each collection will grow.

Because of this, what you couldn't find before, you might be able to find now or in the future. Don't worry. I will keep everyone updated and post on the blog every time something new is released. At this point, I will be releasing songs and sounds once to twice weekly.

And again, if you have any problems with the site whatsoever, just contact me! I always get back to emails within 24 hours.

If all else fails and you can't find the music or sound you need for your project, I do work one-on-one with my fellow indie artists. The standard Attribution is of course required. You may use the following attribution:

"Music by Devynn LaShure, Echo Blue Music

https://www.echobluemusic.com"

This way I can build my portfolio and you can get some free music! In the case of a larger project that you think may earn you some money, I also work on consignment, meaning that we'll set a payment percentage based on my work. These contracts are very simple. If you don't make above an agreed upon amount, I don't get paid, and I'm completely fine with that. Just follow the attribution instructions above and everyone's happy.

Well, that's about it for now. If anything comes up that's worthy of a post I'll surely do the deed. Happy creating, and please let me know what you think of my music. Don't be afraid to give me criticism and suggestions about the music or the site itself.

Cheers.
